Uses and logistics models
Light industrial and business parks
Smaller units with offices for trades, services and light production.
Business parks combine units from a few hundred to several thousand square metres with level access doors and a higher office share. A broad tenant base spreads letting risk.
Target groups
Business parks are aimed at trades, services, wholesale, workshops, light production and regional logistics. Units combine warehouse and office, often with their own entrances and parking. Many occupiers are small and medium-sized businesses with regional ties.
Investment
The granular tenant structure spreads risk but requires more management and shorter lease terms. Well-located business parks benefit from scarce space near cities and stable demand from medium-sized companies.
- Unit sizes
