Property types
- Logistics and warehouse buildings Lease, buy or use part of a building. What matters is that height, floor, doors and permits fit the operation. A search mandate covers the entire market, including space that is never publicly offered.
- Production and industrial buildings Manufacturing places higher demands than storage: loads, crane runway, power, utilities, emissions and permits. The search is for buildings that accommodate production without compromise, leased, bought or newly built.
- Light industrial and business units Compact units with offices, level access doors and good accessibility are scarce, especially in and around cities. The search is for units that suit the business, its customers and its staff.
- Industrial land Land is the bottleneck of every location decision. We find sites with suitable planning law, check grid, servicing and contamination and connect you with municipalities and development partners.
