West of Berlin, the Wustermark freight village is one of the capital region's three major freight villages. Rail, the Havel Canal and the Berlin ring make it trimodal, while Falkensee and Dallgow-Döberitz add business land on the city's edge.
Location and access
The freight village lies directly on the Berlin ring with access to the B5 towards Berlin-Spandau. The Havel Canal links it to the waterway network, and rail to the lines towards Hamburg and Hannover.
Space profile
The freight village has large distribution centres and handling facilities. Around Falkensee and Dallgow-Döberitz there is business land with smaller buildings for supplying western Berlin.
What occupiers should consider
Compared with southern Berlin, supply in the west is often somewhat larger. For city-centre deliveries, driving time via Spandau matters. Trimodal users should clarify port and rail capacity early.
