Submarket of the logistics region Stuttgart

Heilbronn / Neckarsulm

Heilbronn and Neckarsulm lie at the Weinsberg interchange, where the A6 crosses the A81. Retail, the car industry and food shape one of Baden-Württemberg's most dynamic logistics locations, complemented by the Heilbronn Neckar port.

Location and access

At the Weinsberg interchange, the east-west A6 meets the north-south A81. Stuttgart, Mannheim, Nuremberg and Würzburg are within quick reach. The Heilbronn Neckar port is one of the larger inland ports in the south-west.

Space profile

The port and Böllinger Höfe offer logistics and industrial land. In Neckarsulm and Bad Friedrichshall, the car industry and retail drive demand. Vacant land is scarce.

What occupiers should consider

Heilbronn is an alternative to the tight Stuttgart market with an excellent transport position. Trimodal users should consider the port. For very large requirements, look along the A6 to the east.
