Location and access
The B10 links Esslingen, Plochingen and Göppingen with Stuttgart, while the A8 runs to the south via Wendlingen and Kirchheim towards Munich. Neckar navigation ends at Plochingen, which has a port.
Space profile
The Neckar and Fils valleys are narrow and densely built up. Production and storage buildings in established business parks dominate. New space mainly emerges on the A8 and around Göppingen.
What occupiers should consider
Space in the valley is scarce. For large buildings, consider the A8 corridor and the Göppingen area. For waterborne traffic, the Plochingen port is an option.
