Location and access
The A2 links Garbsen and Wunstorf with Hannover, Bielefeld and the Ruhr. Seelze has one of northern Germany's major marshalling yards, and the Mittelland Canal runs through the submarket.

Along the A2 there are distribution centres and business buildings of various sizes. Wunstorf and Barsinghausen offer more room for new development than locations near the city.
