Uses and logistics models

Big box

A large logistics building, usually from around 20,000 m², often for a single occupier.

Big boxes serve as central or distribution warehouses for retail, e-commerce and industry. They are located at motorway junctions with a large catchment and require correspondingly large plots. For institutional investors they are a core asset because of high volumes and long leases.
